Where to Get the Best Hard Cider in the Sacramento Area

Sacramento is perfectly situated about 50 miles from Apple Hill Farms, hosting some of the best apple orchards in the country (and all of your fall needs, really!). So it’s no surprise that there are plenty of places to get hard apple cider in the area — whether you’re in the city or the country.

Venture to these urban and farm settings to sip on some delicious homemade ciders! While cider tastes wonderful all year long, it is definitely a fall necessity…

Two Rivers Cider is undoubtedly the go-to source for hard cider in the Sacramento area. In fact, you will see their ciders served at many establishments around the city and even throughout the country. Thankfully, they decided to open a tasting room in Sacramento so people can enjoy their ciders on-site instead of hunting for them around town. On most weekends, you’ll find Two Rivers packed with people, food trucks, games, and sometimes live music.

This kid-friendly, bike-friendly, and dog-friendly tasting room is certainly a fun place to be, but it’s the quality of their ciders that has put Two Rivers on the map. With 15 ciders on tap at a time, you will have plenty of flavors to choose from — such as their Original Apple, Huckleberry, Pomegranate, Blackberry, and more!

The pears are the real star of the show for Hemly Cider, which provides a unique, sweet, and unforgettable taste.
