Leadership Team:

Pat Shea, President

As president of Lyon Real Estate, Pat’s strong leadership skills turn long-term goals into solid action plans and ensure that the entire leadership team remains focused on results.

An Elk Grove resident, Shea started his career in 1989 by earning “Rookie of the Year” honors at TRI Realtors in Sacramento. Since then, he has been a consistent top achiever, regularly exceeding sale goals and earning numerous awards, including “Outstanding Life Member” in the Sacramento Association of Realtors’ “Masters Club,” Coldwell Banker’s “Presidents Elite,” and Prudential’s “Chairman’s Circle Diamond.”

Shea moved into Prudential California Realty’s leadership in 2002 and swiftly moved the Elk Grove office into the company’s Top Five level for units sold. He then took on a regional leadership role in 2007 and assisted his branches into achieving a 50 percent increase in units sold for 2008, despite market challenges. He is also recognized for his extensive training experience through listing and recruiting presentations. Shea is a graduate of John Carroll University in Cleveland, Ohio.


Michael Levedahl, Chief Financial Officer

Michael is a licensed California CPA with over 30 years of financial and operations experience in the real estate industry. Prior to joining Lyon Michael served as Chief Financial Officer for one of the largest privately-owned residential brokerages in the nation with over 2,000 sales agents in California, Nevada and Texas. Michael has also held the positions of Chief Operating Officer for a national residential and commercial property inspection company, and Divisional Vice President of Operations for a major international real estate franchising company. Michael is a graduate of the University of California, Haas School of Business.
David Wilson, Chief Technology Officer

David Wilson is a senior technology executive with over 25 years of technical and operations experience.

He has held senior technology positions within the automotive, technology, staffing and the real estate sectors and has consistently made quantifiable process improvements, built software and successful service oriented teams in complex environments. David consistently offers a strong blend of hands-on skills, an analytic approach to strategic planning and demonstrated strengths in customer relationship building and service.

He has championed many technology projects and has transformed Technology divisions within three companies into valuable business partners through strong team-building and staff development. For more than 25 years, David has demonstrated the ability to work as a consultative member of any senior management team, effectively communicating complex technology subjects to gain support for their implementation. In this manner, David has transformed the IT function into a key contributor to organizational success through periods of stability as well as change in business direction.

Jim Waters, Vice President, Regional Sales Manager

Jim Waters joined Lyon Real Estate in 1990 as a top producing agent and in 1992 became a part of our management team. He was responsible for opening the Elk Grove and Folsom Offices; and is currently a Regional Sales Manager overseeing five offices in Sacramento and El Dorado County. Jim actively manages the Sierra Oaks Office where he enjoys training, coaching and developing our agents to achieve their goals. He is a certified Buffini Trainer and a Life Member of the Sacramento Association of REALTORS® Masters Club.

Jim holds a Bachelors degree in Business from California State University, Long Beach and has an honorable discharge from the Air Force.. Prior to real estate, he was part owner and operator of OK Tire Stores, Inc. for 16 years. Jim Waters is a native of Sacramento, enjoys golf and spending time with his family.

Carol Kellogg, Regional Sales Manager

Carol began her real estate career in 1992 with Lyon Real Estate, and was awarded Lyon's “Rookie of the Year“ honor in '93. As a REALTOR® , she was recognized as a Top Producer in the Fair Oaks Office, a specialist in the Carmichael area and received Lyon's “C. Mike Messina Award“ for Excellence, Leadership and Professionalism. Carol is an Outstanding Life Member of the Sacramento Association of Realtors®. She's an active member of the Association and teaching Sales and Marketing classes at SAR.

As the Office Manager of the Fair Oaks Office, Carol works hard to provide her Realtors a productive environment coupled with good camaraderie; all important for the growth of their individual businesses.
