Jean Li, Chairwoman of the Board
Jean has been with the company over two decades; serving as the President of the company from 2004 to 2011. As the Chairwoman of the Board, Jean will focus on fostering the vision for the Company and partner with the Chief Executive Officer in achieving Lyon’s mission of growth. Jean will also monitor the Company’s financial success.
Jean began her career at Lyon in 1987 and was appointed to COO/President in 2004. She received her Master’s Degree in Economics from Illinois State University and received her CPA license in Houston, Texas in 1985.

Larry Knapp, CEO
As the Chief Executive Officer of Lyon Real Estate, Larry Knapp brings an unprecedented level of experience and knowledge to the residential brokerage industry. He has been a fixture in the real estate industry for over forty years. For more than two decades, Larry managed two of the largest residential brokerage firms in the nation. At one point he was responsible for over 200 branch offices and 9,000 sales agents.
He is a member of the Sacramento Association of Realtors, is on the Board of Directors of the California and National Associations of Realtors and served as a member of the Executive Committee of NAR in 2008 and 2009. He is a past Chairman of MLSListings, Inc., one of the largest Multiple Listing Services in California, and is a past President of the Sacramento Association of Realtors (1984). Mr. Knapp holds the professional designations of CRB, GRI and ePRO.

Pat Shea, President
As president of Lyon Real Estate, Pat’s strong leadership skills turn long-term goals into solid action plans and ensure that the entire leadership team remains focused on results.
An Elk Grove resident, Shea started his career in 1989 by earning “Rookie of the Year” honors at TRI Realtors in Sacramento. Since then, he has been a consistent top achiever, regularly exceeding sale goals and earning numerous awards, including “Outstanding Life Member” in the Sacramento Association of Realtors’ “Masters Club,” Coldwell Banker’s “Presidents Elite,” and Prudential’s “Chairman’s Circle Diamond.”
Shea moved into Prudential California Realty’s leadership in 2002 and swiftly moved the Elk Grove office into the company’s Top Five level for units sold. He then took on a regional leadership role in 2007 and assisted his branches into achieving a 50 percent increase in units sold for 2008, despite market challenges. He is also recognized for his extensive training experience through listing and recruiting presentations. Shea is a graduate of John Carroll University in Cleveland, Ohio.

Michael Levedahl, Chief Financial Officer
Michael is a licensed California CPA with over 30 years of financial and operations experience in the real estate industry. Prior to joining Lyon Michael served as Chief Financial Officer for one of the largest privately-owned residential brokerages in the nation with over 2,000 sales agents in California, Nevada and Texas. Michael has also held the positions of Chief Operating Officer for a national residential and commercial property inspection company, and Divisional Vice President of Operations for a major international real estate franchising company. Michael is a graduate of the University of California, Haas School of Business. |

Jim Waters, Senior Vice President
Jim joined Lyon in 1990 as a top producing agent and has been a valuable contributor to the management team for more than a decade. A Life Member of the Sacramento Association of REALTORS® Masters Club, he holds a degree in business from California State University, Long Beach. |

JaCi Wallace, Regional Sales Manager
JaCi has over thirteen years of real estate experience in residential real estate and has been with Lyon since 1997. As a REALTOR® JaCi was recognized as a Top Producer, Top Listing agent in the Sierra Oaks Office, and as a Senior Executive Associate Realtor. JaCi is an active member of the Sacramento Association of REALTORS®, and currently sits on the Pro-Standards Committee. JaCi is an Outstanding Life Member of Masters Club.
JaCi previously was a canine police officer, and comes with the diverse people skills only the experience of a Law Enforcement background offers. She worked with both the West Sacramento PD and the Yolo County Sheriff's Dept. JaCi currently resides in Carmichael. “The Downtown office offers the community a diverse culture of Top Producing agents who believe in teamwork and a positive supportive attitude! Carol Kellogg, Regional Sales Manager
Carol began her real estate career in 1992 with Lyon Real Estate, and was awarded Lyon's “Rookie of the Year“ honor in '93. As a REALTOR® , she was recognized as a Top Producer in the Fair Oaks Office, a specialist in the Carmichael area and received Lyon's “C. Mike Messina Award“ for Excellence, Leadership and Professionalism. Carol is an Outstanding Life Member of the Sacramento Association of Realtors®. She's an active member of the Association and teaching Sales and Marketing classes at SAR.
As the Office Manager of the Fair Oaks Office, Carol works hard to provide her Realtors a productive environment coupled with good camaraderie; all important for the growth of their individual businesses.
